Cameron Miller
After graduating from the University of Arizona with Finance and Entrepreneurship degrees, Cam moved to Phoenix and began working at Evergreen Devco, Inc. He spent eight years heading retail developments for single-tenant QSR's, jewel box shops, and neighborhood shopping centers. His last project as a Sr. Development Manager was a 15 acre Safeway-anchored grocery center, The Point, in Mesa's DMB/Brookfield Eastmark master planned community. Over the course of his career, he has worked with national retailers such as Starbucks, Raising Cane's, Walgreens, Smashburger, Pacific Dental, Jack in the Box, and Chase Bank, among others, and completed developments in excess of $100 million throughout Arizona, California, and Colorado. He's an active member in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is a licensed Arizona Realtor and licensed residential and commercial contractor.
